Craggy Gardens picnic area

 Love these bushy tree berries...what are they?

 Yep, the Mountains to the Sea trail goes east (maybe south) from here...

probably towards Mt. Mitchell next.  I didn't see where it came into the picnic area...maybe on the other side of the parking lot.

 Looking west (other side of parking lot, towards the Smokies)

 I didn't see the pretty purple orb while taking the pictures.  My friend would say I just didn't focus.

 That's I-40 going towards Knoxville to the west...

Coming down from the Gardens on a nice windy road with those red berry bushes overhead.
